CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the booked service total. Clients who are a no-call/no-show will also be charged 50% of the booked service total. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-call/no-show.
